Current satellite images provided by the Sentinel-2 mission are an important building block for the creation of maps. Additional information is provided by derived indices such as NDVI, which enable visual analyses.

Our service provides access to Sentinel-2 acquisitions in common formats. Additional filtering by time and cloud cover makes it easier to customise the desired output. 

For example, we are currently processing a field-accurate query of all cloud-free Sentinel-2 images (RGB images) over the course of the year for the whole of Germany and also provide the NDVI, NDWI and NDMI indices for each field. This data can be queried individually for each field via our API.
